Kim, Joe, reading about you trip almost makes me want to go. The problem is i've had it with flying. How long do you think it would take me to drive to Egypt from Santa Barbara. I'm thinking about taking the Lotus although the AC is a little weak. carl
AC? Or "aircon" as they say here? We've had a cold snap--barely over 100 degrees. There are no (zero) nice cars over here. Your VW would be THE class act. You would need to enter it into a couple of figure 8 races before it would be ready for service here.
